hey! long time no see.
been an eventful few months, huh? it's been so long. most of this year wound up getting eaten by FRAF. "what's that-" turn on fruityrumpus.com, any channel.
so i've been busy with that all year. i started working on the forums in may, it is now november and what i'm formally calling "version 0.2" is up. if you were waiting to come back to FRAF when it's a bit more fully featured, well, now's then!
i've also been working on homestuck.com sparingly. the rerelease is really great! i got to put up an update that killed someone's headcanon. the newgens are real great. and on that note, moderating the homestuck official server is delightful most of the time too. things are turning up for your girl victoria, if turning up is measured in official homestuck work i'm allowed to do, for some arcane reason. i've been on a wild ride these past couple months and i'm sure you have too.
this raises an interesting question - where's my comic been in this time? well, mostly dormant. simmering, if you will. i have done stuff for it, primarily writing and concept work. i have a much stronger grasp on what i want the comic to be, for sure. it just hasn't been my primary focus.
but with fraf at a reliable place at the moment and wave 2 out, it's time to get the dust off of this. this doesn't mean updates immediately - main comic updates are still a ways away, since the gamedev rust has set in and shaking that will be an interesting time for sure, but i will be working on it again. maybe i'll post some concept sketches on patreon. i'll be booting that back up soon too, since it's also fallen dormant. lots of sketches to post, lots of information to write up and share.
